What information do I need to register with First Book?
During online registration, you will be asked for some basic information outlined below:
- First and last name.
- Daytime telephone number.
- Email address — this will become your personal login to access First Book's distribution channels.
- Organization's Taxpayer Identification Number (i.e. Employer Identification Number or EIN).
- Organization's name.
- Organization's mailing address where postal mailings can be received.
- Organization's primary phone number.
- Proof of nonprofit status or a letter stating that your organization serves children from low-income families.
- Description of your organization.
- Percentage of children from low-income families served by your organization; please round to the nearest whole number. Please click here to view acceptable determinants of this percentage.
- Demographic breakdown of children served by your organization: age; primary language (optional); ethnicity (optional).
