ABOUT THIS DISTRIBUTION:

• Name: Nashville 2010
• Getting Books: Books can be shipped to programs across the nation or picked up in a warehouse in Nashville on September 15-16.
• Cost: The Books are free to registered organizations in the U.S., however, there is a shipping and handling charge of $0.35 per book. Books picked up at the warehouse have no costs associated with them.
• Titles are now available to review online.

  This is a special book distribution and will not count against your program's once-per-year allocation of books.

ABOUT THE DISTRIBUTION PROCESS

• Applications can be filled out now at http://www.firstbook.org/rg
• During the application process, you will be asked to select if you are Picking Up your books or would like to have them Shipped.
• First Book staff will Review completed applications and match them to our inventory
• Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis, with Priority given to groups who have not yet received books from the First Book National Book Bank in 2010.
• You will receive Notification by e-mail the week of August 30th.
• If you are Approved and have requested to have your books shipped, you will be asked to confirm your Address
• If you are Approved and have requested to pick up your books, you will be asked to confirm your Pick-up Time
• If your application is Declined, it is most likely because we unfortunately ran out of inventory before we could process your application.  We encourage you to apply for further Book Bank distributions.
• If you have had your books shipped, once you receive your books you will be sent an Invoice via mail.
